Citizen Space already meets rigorous accessibility standards. Participation Plus+ is for organisations that want to go further, reaching people who standard digital formats often leave out of the conversation entirely.

Join us online for a closer look at the two new features at the heart of it:

Easy Read, a native activity type co-designed with Easy Read specialists, pairing images with simplified text and a clearer journey for respondents.

‍

Speech to text, letting people speak their responses rather than type them, with in-browser transcription, playback, and the chance to edit before submitting.

‍

We'll show you how both work in the platform, talk about how they were built (including what we learned from working with accessibility specialists and a pilot customer), and leave plenty of time for your questions.

Who it's for

This session will be most useful for people working in or with the public sector on online consultation, engagement, surveys, applications, or any digital service where accessibility and participation matter. That includes teams in central and local government, regulators, the NHS, and third sector organisations, as well as people working in digital, accessibility, engagement and service design roles. Existing Delib customers are very welcome, as is anyone curious about what better and more inclusive participation can look like in practice.

What to expect

Around half an hour of demonstration and discussion, then time for questions. We've blocked an hour to give the conversation room to breathe.
