Delib user group London 2026

We would love for you to join us at our upcoming London user group, where you will have the chance to meet other Delib product users, share best practice and insights, and keep up to date with the latest developments.

The event is open to anyone using Citizen Space, Dialogue or Simulator, and attendance is free. Tickets will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so please submit a separate response for each attendee from your organisation.

The event will be held at Dragon Hall Covent Garden, 17 Stukeley Street, London WC2B 5LT, a five-minute walk from Holborn Station.
‍

Coffee and tea will be available from 10.00am, with the event getting underway at 10.30am. Lunch will be provided, so please let us know of any dietary requirements when you register. After the event, we would love for you to join us at the pub for a drink of your choice. The first round is on us.

‍What to expect

Whether you have been to one of our user groups before or this is your first time, everyone is welcome. You can expect a varied programme covering all things consultation and digital engagement, including:

• Show-and-tell sessions from current users, with a chance to review processes and share challenges
• Q&A and small group discussions
• Product updates from the team here at Delib
  ‍

At previous user groups, talks have covered topics such as building a quality engagement process, structuring analysis, digital transformation and managing promotion. We have also heard reports of consultations that went well (and some that did not) and the lessons taken from them.
