Learn how to create great consultations in Citizen Space. Find out how to design and build a consultation, analyse your data and more, in this engaging, interactive training day.
This training is perfect for new users or anyone wanting a refresher on creating outstanding consultations and is split over two days. Training is delivered online over Zoom and spread over two days.
Day 1 of the training will cover:
- Introduction to Citizen Space, the user journey, survey design
- Practical survey/form build, the different answer components, and ways to provide supporting information
- Theming your activity
- Getting ready to publish and checking your work
Day 2 of the training will cover:
- Viewing and analysing your data (reporting, tagging, filtering and grouping)
- Reporting back and closing the loop - best practice and good examples
