The Fundamentals of Citizen Space

Learn how to create effective, engaging and accessible consultations using Citizen Space. This session is aimed at new users and will give you all the information you need to design and build your first consultation.

During the training we will cover:

  • Introduction to Citizen Space, the user journey, survey design and accessibility top tips
  • Practical survey build, the different answer components, and ways to provide supporting information
  • Theming your consultation and adding rich media
  • Getting ready to publish and checking your work
  • Viewing and analysing your data (reporting, tagging, filtering and grouping)
  • Reporting back and closing the loop - best practice and good examples
