As a company working with governments around the world we're very much aware of the need to provide local solutions supported by a global support network. That's why in each of our core local markets we've developed local infrastructure (e.g. local server data centres), people and policies (e.g. country specific privacy and data policies) to make sure we tick all the right boxes.

USA server / data centre information
To comply with government guidelines and best-practice, our approach is to operate servers based in US data centres. This means that you know your data is safe and secure on US soil.
US hosting is provided by multiple vendors, including RackCorp, whose US locations include Tier IV data centres in Dallas TX and Seattle WA.
We have clear and robust principles governing how we treat sensitive data; these are backed by our information security policy and documented data journeys for each of our apps.
